Tweedle takes great care to be as accurate as possible when describing our products. All our product information is taken from our suppliers websites or details they have provided us.
If you have purchased products and are not happy with your items you can return at your own expense. Upon receiving the items we will offer you an exchange or refund/store credit. The item must be in unused, unwashed and in perfect resalable condition including packaging. Please log into your account and use the return feature under 'my account' and orders. You can simply fill in the online form for the goods you wish to return.
Please note that no shipping costs will be refunded, all returns will be sent at your own expense. Exception to this is if you are returning a faulty product and you paid shipping on the original order. In this case we will credit your return shipping costs if you are not exchanging the item. In the event of an exchange or we have sent the wrong product we may send a prepaid courier bag with your order so you can return the goods.
We will provide an exchange, repair, refund for faulty goods or offer you a store credit. Please contact us within 5 days of purchase to advise us of the fault. The goods will need to be returned within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for exchange. If a fault occurs after use of the product then please contact us so we can check the manufacturers warranty policy.
If we have special ordered products in for you and you decide to cancel the order a store credit will be issued. Store credit will also be issued if you have ordered pre ordered products and decide to cancel. This is due to stock being taken out of inventory and held for you and can’t be resold.
We are subject to non refundable fees when these payment options are used. Unfortunately when an order is refunded the fees are still paid by us. Due to this, returns for orders placed using these payment methods will incur a 5% fee which will be deducted from your refund. This applies even if a store credit is issued.
