Shipping prices are as follows:

$0 - $150 - Flat Rate $6.00

$150 and over - FREE

• Please contact Tweedle for overseas postage rates to your location.
• Average delivery time is between one and five working days.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been dispatched.
• If the product is out of stock, you will be notified of the indicative timeframes.
• We are available for order pick up if you are local, we are based in Lower Hutt. If you would like to view products or have a nappy fitting before ordering please contact us to arrange a suitable time.

Warranty & Returns

Tweedle takes great care to be as accurate as possible when describing our products.

We are happy to provide a refund for faulty goods or give you a store credit. Please contact us within 5 days of purchase to advise us of the fault. The goods will need to be returned within 14 days of purchase.

If you have purchased our baby products are not happy with your item or if it doesn’t fit well, we are will exchange it or give you a store credit, less delivery costs. The item must be in unused, unwashed and in resalable condition.

We also cannot provide a refund if goods are delayed in transit beyond our control.

The goods will need to be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Tweedle will not refund delivery charges or any delivery charges incurred by the customer in returning items to us. Tweedle does not accept responsibility for damage that occurs during care of the item, such as washing or drying.
